I tried ordering £150 of Records during the pandemic. I kept being stalled for weeks and months. I foolishly gave them the benefit of the doubt and after 6 months it was apparent my money had been stolen and I'd not be receiving my goods based on the multiple lies Neil had spun when I politely enquired where my stuff was! He then failed to process my refund! He ignored my requests to mediate on his unlawful behaviour. He had violated my consumer rights and breached contract several times! So after my Final Demand(s) being ignored I sued him!!! I got my money back and would advise others to do the same- which I believe some have! Wake up and act now- you are very unlikely to recover your money, stock or receive goods you paid for. You will have to play hard ball as he only takes your patience, kindness, empathy and loyalty for weakness! You've been warned! ⚠️
