Neil Monteiro is a terrible individual to deal with. I ordered some records back in May, which he obviously did not have in stock. At first, he kept promising a refund, and I gave him the benefit of the doubt on many occasions, assuming him to be berely poorly organised. However, he soon started lying, telling me he had issued the refund. When none was forthcoming, I asked my bank to issue chargebacks, and finally received my refunds that way in August. Do not go near this guy.
