Neil Monteiro and Horizons Music is a professional scamming operation. Stay well clear of these thieves. Multiple third party sites (Paypal, Discogs etc) have now banned Horizons Music. Surely it’s only a matter of time before the relevant authorities and police get involved?
I was lucky enough to be able to retrieve my money from Paypal as my record never showed up - others have been less fortunate. Horrible company run by rude and nasty thieving bullies.
