I purchased a vinyl as a gift for my husband as his first Father’s Day. I paid extra to have it arrive in time. However, as I’d not received any shipping details I contacted Horizons music, to be told the vinyl was out of stock. I requested a refund and purchased the vinyl from another supplier. However, after waiting for 14 days to receive my refund from Horizons music, it failed to turn up! I tried to get in touch with the owner Neil again. You can’t contact them by phone, they just don’t answer. I did have a few emails responses from Neil, but he was less than helpful and failed to make numerous promises that the money would turn up in my account. This was almost a year ago! And after backwards and forth over email, I’ve still not received my refund. This guy is a thief.. his company is a scam!!! I paid £50 for a vinyl, I wouldn’t have been told was out of stock had I not been in touch. Stay away from this company. Do not trust him! If you have brought from him go straight to your credit card company or Bank to try to request a refund before it’s too late!
