I had a similar experience to start. Vinyl ordered. Did not get an update on dispatch contacted Horizons. Sore Credit or other vinyl offered. Contacted Neil chose a different album which cost a little more, on the condition that he sent it to me that day and I would pay the balance on arrival. The album arrived as promised still sealed. I paid the balance. I am sorry so many people have had bad experiences with this company but I can only speak as I find. This is not a fake review I am a genuine customer. I honestly thought I would have a similar experience as others but to be fair he honoured out agreement.
