Ordered a record 3 weeks ago, expected it to be dispatched soon after as payment taken. Still no record. Have emailed twice, no reply. Tried to call but only available 2 days each week and never answered on either. Then this week they basically tell you to go away as not answering the phones. Apparently they are upgrading to allow same day dispatch?? I’d like it to be same month at this stage. Won’t ever buy from this lot again. If you aren’t going to dispatch once you’ve taken payment you need to contact the buyer to let them know why and when to expect delivery. Wish I’d read these before placing my order!
