Several months have passed since then, and I have neither received the product nor a refund. The website promises to process refunds within 30 days, but it is now July, and I still haven't received my money back. I have sent multiple emails to their customer service, but I have received no response at all. This behavior is nothing short of fraudulent. I strongly advise everyone to avoid purchasing anything from this website. If you don't want to experience the same terrible ordeal I did, stay away from Horizons Music.
