I have reported him to: Action Fraud National Fraud Intelligence Bureau Trading Standards Met.Police MasterCard Bank I suggest others do the same. Sooner or later Monteiro's bank will see him for the bad risk that he is and give him notice to close his account. His Fraudulent behaviour WILL catch up with him. Monteiro IS a Fraudster.
