DO NOT USE. I ordered a record, and was confirmed I’d have it in time for a gig. Chased the shipping as it hadn’t been dispatched after days. The day it was supposed to arrive, they tell me that actually they don’t have it and asked if I’d like credit or a refund. I chose a refund, this was meant to have been processed so I’d have it back after 14 days - THIS NEVER HAPPENED. After chasing again I was told that my refund had been processed and would be received in 5-7 days?! So the original was never processed. Plus they won’t send an official confirmation of the refund. SCAMMERS!
