The dense couple Neil Monteiro and Carolyn Colaco have been ripping music customers off for years. How they still manage to operate is just mind-boggling!?
No reply to emails, dead (fake?) phone line and a huge amount of spam begging you to buy their non-existent products.
I hope BBC do an undercover investigation on them - or C4 Dispatches. It would be good to see some karma in action.
