I bought the 30 m hosereel and I am very pleased with it. No more kinked hoses no more hoses lying around in the back yard. No more crappy fittings pulling apart!! Quality product that works really well. You do need some strength to pull the hose out however. I need 30 m but perhaps the 20 might be easier to pull?
