“I must say I love providing a review for this companys products & service. Firstly, may I say all products & I have a few, have all been of Top Quality, extremly well engineered & perform well. The service & communication upon placing an order & recieving it our home in W.A. has been both smooth & without incident, they have grown the range of products & from what I can see their choices are well chosen, quality items for use within the garden etc.”

“I have only heard wonderful reports about Hoselink and I often use one to water our neighbours garden. When ours arrived I was more than excited…but I am having great difficulty pulling the hose out from the reel. Extending the hose is almost impossible fir me. My husband is also finding it difficult to use.”

“Every interaction via customer service on the phone has been friendly and positive. What a great range of products. Ordering online is easy and the video instructions are great. “Every product has been excellent except for the Fertiliser Spray Mixer Bottle. I purchased it but did not use it for 3 months and then it stopped working a month or so later so as I had it for that length of time I did not feel comfortable asking for a replacement”

“Hoselink products are well designed and work very reliably. Annoying loss of rubber o rings is a feature that needs attention. The spray accessories all work well. I especially like the hose return feature in the reel, very good and stills works terrific in my 10 year old reel.”
