As per my phone call to Hose Link representative on the fault I discovered with my New evolve reel and internal section developed a water leak and talking with the representative she said a replacement one be sent and then doing so I sent the old one back so it could be examined for the fault Apart from that the house reel works fine specially The safe retractable hose mechanism.
