Had to return one of my 30mtr Hoselink hose as when I pulled it out half way the internal return spring let go and wouldnt retract the hose all the way back in. I have always been carefull when pulling the hose out and retracting slowly over the two years I've had it so this was a surprise. I rang Hoselink and spoke to a very accomadating lady who organised post return for a warrenty check and sent it back and within 2 weeks a new 30mtr Hoselink was delivered, no questions just great service a warrenty honoured, good feeling in these days. Would recommend Hoselink to anybody. Peter
