I am very happy with my Hoselink hose reel. The man who installed it was very helpful and showed me how to use it. Because the hose reel was installed in my front garden he suggested I get a padlock to keep it safe. Which is exactly what I did. Maybe you could train your staff to ask the question and maybe sell a padlock with the hosereel.
