I love the products especially the new hose reels. My only question is why we can’t buy the hose reel pole that is constantly shown in your advertising and videos. The small pole you sell to fasten hose reels onto is sub standard, not wide enough, long enough or strong enough. Please look into this for future releases. Thank you
