I purchased a 30m Retractable Hose Reel (Beige) on November 19, 2023, and installed it on a brick wall. Over time, the bracket became loose and could no longer securely hold the reel. I emailed Hoselink to ask where I could get the right bolts and nuts for reinstallation.
To my surprise, I received not just a helpful reply, but also a full replacement pack—including the bracket, nuts, bolts, and clear instructions. I really appreciate the excellent service and support. Hoselink went above and beyond—great job and thank you!
