A small spare replacement part was required for our Hoselink. Emailed Hoselink and received a response within an hour. Great customer service. As it was only a small part, valued at approximately 70 cents, the part was supplied at no charge. Thank you for your prevalence and use of common sense. Greatly appreciated.
