I ordered sneakers, it took 2 months to get them and when I did I got pink sneakers instead of the navy ones I ordered. I reached out to customer service and was told sorry we don’t have the ones you ordered anymore, here is the process for returning the wrong order. When I looked it stated they would take $7 off for return shipping. I contacted customer service and said I was very dissatisfied by this and I wanted a complete refund, as this was their error. they responded they would process the refund right away and I should see it in 3-5 days. They then said we hope you are satisfied by this response. Truthfully, no. For these reasons
1. There was a two month period I waited for the shoes without explanation
2. The response where it was stated $7 would be deducted from my return should have never happened- they made the error and good customer service would have been to say- very sorry will refund right away and send you a free shipping label to return the shoes.
I was very disappointed in the whole transaction, I have several pairs of hotter shoes, but would hesitate to order from hotter USA again due to the poor customer service .
