I have purchased Hotter Shoes for years they are so comfortable and strong. However I was disappointed on this occasion when I received the same boots as I had purchased before in a different colour but these were minus the fur lining. I was told I had to return them couldn’t just exchange and had to reorder. I then found that my previous discount code couldn’t be applied so disappointing we always had such good service before and unfortunately our Kingslynn branch has sadly closed.
