After years of buying Hotter shoes I have been trying to buy a pair of Molly trainers. After 3 goes at ordering , 2 of them by Hotter customer services, I've just been told that they aren't available. The money will be refunded apparently. It shouldn't have gone out of my account until the shoes had been dispatched! Disappointing.
