Hotter conditions state:
"If you wish us to exchange your goods the return shipping is free, however, if you are returning them for a refund using our pre- paid service we will charge you £2.50 to cover our costs"
They neglect to mention that they also deduct the original postage costs, so returning my boots cost me £4.50 + £2.50 = £7.
Very misleading, I wont be dealing with them or recommending them.
