I like Hotter sandals for the Summer...they are very comfortable. But once I receive the pair that are on order, it will be my last. This is due to the Delivery Service offered by Royal Mail. They arrange a day to Deliver then send a message to say they have tried to deliver the day before!! Then another date is arranged and half way through that day, there is no update on their tracking system of whether the item is actually out for delivery. Really frustrating....Will have to look elsewhere in future which is a shame.
