I completed the on line purchase with a different delivery address as I’d be away when they were due to be delivered. Where I was staying had very poor internet and phone signal. I did not get the delivery email until several days later. The shoes were delivered to my home, not the alternative address. To make things worse Evri just put them on the doorstep. I have no idea if they are still there, although a friend is going to check. I phoned customer service who said I put my home address as delivery address. I have no way of proving I didn’t.
