My very first purchase from Hotter, comfortable men’s casual shoes. However the sole split after very limited wear. Sent photo to Hotter who confirmed that shoes advertised as having “durable and flexible sole” should not fail in this manner. By sending a photo of the box which I still had, Hotter were able to advise me of the date of purchase and method of payment. However, they refused to help me further (whatever that means), unless I paid my credit card company for a duplicate statement showing the purchase. Do not want to throw good money after bad, so will simply avoid Hotter in the future and advise others to tread with Caution.
