Ordered an Omen gaming computer on 10th December, estimated delivery advertised as 17th - 24th December.
Up until 16th December the on-line order status showed item at "packing" (= ready for dispatch). On the 16th, I called HP to confirm the despatch status only to be told that "unfortunately delivery of this item has been delayed until 10th February next year!! I am angry and upset that this item was, in my opinion, mis-sold with false delivery expectations - a week's delay would have been unfortunate - but perhaps excusable - but 3 months?!!! and the item showing at the despatch stage!! and no update from HP !
Will never use them again.
