Order stated 48 hrs delivery. Placed my order on the 1st it is now the 6th and still nothing received. HP website says that the parcel is loaded on a truck for delivery from the delivery depot.
The "Parcel force" website says the parcel has only been sorted and this does not indicate delivery today. The two emails towards customer service did not get answered. I like HP products but, what a way to lose your customer satisfaction like this (look at all the complaints online). Just do not create false expectations. " Due to COVID the delivery can take 7 or more days, we apologize for this inconvenience". This simple sentence keeps your customer loyalty. A no brainer for such a big company. The delivery and customer service do not support their products.
