Unkept promises
When I purchased my printer online, the sales person promised to replace all of my ink from my faulty HP printer as long as I purchased another HP printer.. After delivery, I called as requested to ask them how I go about replacing my unused ink. Needless to say no one knew anything about it nor would they do anything about it. They made a couple of promises to look into it, told me they would call me back, but never did. Be wary of the sales person’s promises! I will not buy another printer online for that reason.
