I previously had a HP 8610 that worked fairly well than it needed a new head which was more expensive than a new one, so I purchased a HP 8020E, I registered the product and it worked for a few weeks and I was able to do everything with the app. A few weeks later I can't scan and it asks me for to finish the set up which was already done, and since your system is down, I'm not able to scan. at no time when I purchase a printer and scanner that was a warning that ether said I must be connected to the internet or your server, for some reason you even know if my printer is a sleep but you don't let me scan, this is totally unacceptable and will never purchase your products again, furthermore I will tell and post to everyone to do the same.
Your page says that you have experience connectivity issues, no need for that it's my printer and scanner, I forgot apparently not because you control it all. please refund my money you thief's.
