Further to my previous 5* review, here is an update:-
I now have a broken hinge on my laptop so Ive returned it for a repair, all nice and easy so far, laptop collected when they said and it had arrived with HP on 23/09/19. The warranty documentation tells me that they endeavour to repair & return within 7 working days, Its now 11 working days and Ive already made 2 phone calls to them trying to find out what the hold up is - Im sorry to report I am still waiting to find out. I will leave a further review when something definite happens, but at this stage I doubt if I would buy HP again. CS leaves an awful lot to be desired.
