Avoid at all costs
I've bought a laptop which turned out to be faulty. I called support and they got me to reinstall everything including Windows 10 and all the drivers, and after 3 hours on the phone, the HP support person decided to have the laptop replaced for me. They collected the laptop 2 days later and HP went silent for weeks. I must have sent 15 emails and a few phone calls chasing my replacement laptop only to be told that this model has been discontinued and I would receive a refund. To my surprise, I found the laptop advertised on their website with an increased price after Covid19.
Now I've been told by HP that they have to collect the laptop to get the refund and although they've already collected it for replacement, I have the receipt to prove it, the refund is a different process and department and looks like they can't process my refund. What a shambles!
My only route now is the office of fair trading
