I bought a new envy6032 printer.
Nightmare to set up would not connect to Web service and it came with a so called 5month ink supply that should register automatically. Well should is the word. Now had to provide proof to hp that this was the case. Had to provide photo if their box and photo of the leaflet supplied in the box.
Still don't know if I get this.
So far spent 72 us hours trying to get printer etc working ad it should.
Hate to think what a novice would do. Probably chuck the product under the nearest bus.
