We purchased a mattress and decided to cancel the order since we found a better place. They refunded our money but then went ahead and put another order in and our debit card was charged again. For a month it was back and forth calls that got nowhere as they all spoke as sweet as pie and made false promises. I sent a screenshot of the charge and a rep told me they can’t accept it. I responded with you can’t accept a screenshot but we had to accept that you illegally charged our card and took food out of our toddler’s mouth. I ended up hanging up on her and spoke to someone who lied telling me a check was in the mail. When I asked him for confirmation of that, he put me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up the call. Needless to say it took almost a month to get our money back for an order that they created. Never again HSN, your misery will never be my company.
