“On March 28th ,2024 this is not my first order with H S N. This order was different which I was not happy. I ordered a jacket on flex pay but instead they charged me twice the full amount. Thru off my checking account. Now I have to wait and mail my checking account form . As my bills won't get paid . I have a customer for a long time never has it ever happend to me. Very sad I have to experience this. Have to think twice before I continue being there customer.”
“Very annoying ! I returned 2 Items bought at the same time, and shipped to me in the same package, and returned to them in the same package they had sent. They did not provide a return label, and told me to send them to the vendor at an address they provided, which I did, and I had to pay the postage for the return. They credited me for one Item, but keep billing me for the second one. I have spent HOURS trying to resolve this for over a month,providing the tracking number, but So far no success”

“If I could pick less than 1 star I would. I had been trying to purchase a product online for a few days and kept getting an error. I called customer service only to find out that I was in collections for an item I evidently purchased in 2003, 22 years ago. This is no where on my credit report, my credit rating is currently 826. I had declared bankruptcy back then and this was one on of the things that was charged off. The supervisor told me to get this off I woujld have to send the bankrupct paperwork. I told her I did not want to dredge up thins that happaned that long ago. It is not my fault you did not get this information and I will be reporting you to the bankruptcy court and you will be sanctioned. To have someone in collections for over 20 years is also illegal. There is a statute for keeping someone in collections and it is much less than 2o years. it is 4. You are being reported to the FCEUA and the UTPCPL, and the FDCPA. Do not send me any emails it is impossible to unsubscribe on your website.”

“Twice I placed an online order with HSN, and twice I got phishing texts shortly afterward on my phone from businesses first claiming to be Netflix and then claiming to be Temu. I never had this problem before I shopped at HSN. So despite their "we don't sell your information" spiel, they do sell you information. Stay far away!”
“Purchased 2 DeLorean E Bikes before Christmas, for me and my husband to ride together, I was unable to reach the peddles, unsafe for me to ride, so we decided to send both back. Was told they'd send us a Prepaid Shipping label - and letter came stating "because there was nothing wrong with the bikes" they were NOT paying for Return shipping - we paid $1095 for each Bike - shipping back to HSN in California was $450 each bike - was told on the phone when we called to speak to a Supervisor "it was buyers Remorse " and that "had we said they were broken" Shipping would be paid! My husband explained that it was a danger for me to ride due to it being unsafe for me jot being able to reach the peddles even with seat all the way down - I will NEVER order from them again, and we've been HSN customers for 8 years with Never an issue!”

“I returned a product and received a confirmation email HSN received the return and I’d be getting a refund. When that refund never came I called and was told I would not be getting it because HSN never received initial payment even though the money was debited from my account. So many things about that do not add up and they could not provide any other answer. I’m having to dispute it through my bank.”
“I signed up as a new customer for a 15% discount on my first order. I had to agree to receiving text messages and emails. Then when I place my first order on line it says sorry discount code is no good. When I call into customer service they tell me discount code is no good. “I ordered my wife a new hp computer for her birthday in September. I continued to look for tracking information. Today, I learned the earliest I may receive the computer is 11/22. No communication at all. Do not advertise on TV if you cannot fulfill the order. All I got from your company is a sorry. Businesses should not operate this way!”
“We purchased a mattress and decided to cancel the order since we found a better place. They refunded our money but then went ahead and put another order in and our debit card was charged again. For a month it was back and forth calls that got nowhere as they all spoke as sweet as pie and made false promises. I sent a screenshot of the charge and a rep told me they can’t accept it. I responded with you can’t accept a screenshot but we had to accept that you illegally charged our card and took food out of our toddler’s mouth. I ended up hanging up on her and spoke to someone who lied telling me a check was in the mail. When I asked him for confirmation of that, he put me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up the call. Needless to say it took almost a month to get our money back for an order that they created. Never again HSN, your misery will never be my company.”

“Caution, caution, if you buy something through flex pay. You will have an insufficient fee hit your account if you have just enough money for the first payment. I suggest you run from this as fast as you can. Do not buy anything from HSN on flex pay. They will make show as if you have been double billed and tie your money up for 72 business hours until the item comes off pending. You will seriously regret making the purchase, if you try to talk to customer service about it. They will take the approach that nothing can be done, you have to wait the full 72 business hours for the pending to come off. I know this because I went through it. I will never buy anything from HSN.com there ever again, period!”

“Be very careful with Flex pay. They don't practice giving you a true balance and they will charge you a late fee promptly. When you complain they let you know that you agree to flex pay which will run it's course. No matter if you pay the balance off before time or not. Warning, be absolutely sure when you're due date is and be sure to pay on that date. Otherwise they have no problem with charging you a late fee + an additional charge as well. Be careful about the product you order as well. It may not be serviceable if it is defective.”
“I purchased a defective product through HSN. The manufacturer of that product could not replace it because it was no longer being made, so they arranged a credit to be used for anything that HSN offered. HSN was diligent in keeping track of the credit and also assisted me in placing my order.”
