Very annoying ! I returned 2 Items bought at the same time, and shipped to me in the same package, and returned to them in the same package they had sent. They did not provide a return label, and told me to send them to the vendor at an address they provided, which I did, and I had to pay the postage for the return. They credited me for one Item, but keep billing me for the second one. I have spent HOURS trying to resolve this for over a month,providing the tracking number, but So far no success
