Food arrived more than an hour after the original delivery estimate. After 40 mins I contacted Deliveroo on the app chat. They told me it would be 5 more minutes.
15 mins before the food was in fact delivered, I had a notification that it had been delivered.
I spent five minutes on the phone first to the restaurant and then to the delivery driver who’d ignored the location instructions.
