The worse company which exists !!! The came with delivery ( not even for me ) sneaked in Gated parking and drop their motorcycle on my brand new car !!! Promised to review case and revert in 2 days - result I completely got ignored !! Shame on you !!! I’m asking all Dubai to stop using their services ! Please support

AWFUL SERVICE. I am really peed off. I ordered at 4pm to which I waited two hours for my delivery to turn up and it never did. Cannot contact the restaurant at all, completely unreachable. Reordered again at 7.30pm tonight which I wish I never did, it didnt turn up until 9.30pm TWO HOURS LATE AGAIN - the driver drove 10 miles AWAY from my house to come back to a 4 mile trip on a SCOOTER. As expected my food was absolutely freezing, 5 hours later. I have spoke to numerous robotic type employees who are only willing to compensate 3 pound, who just ignore everything that I say. What sort of joke of a company are you? Absolutely terrible customer service over the phone and your online chat. I want a full refund for the 5 hours I’ve waited for my cold takeaway. SCAMMERS

I placed an order, excited to enjoy my meal, but what happened next was beyond shocking. The rider didn’t hand it to me in person. Instead, he dropped it in the middle of the road, took a photo, and left. When I saw the picture, I had to search for the spot where he abandoned my food. By the time I got there, my meal was gone. I reached out to Deliveroo, expecting them to make things right, but they coldly told me there was nothing they could do—that my money and meal were lost. I couldn’t believe it. They took my hard-earned money and left me with nothing. This has been such a heartbreaking experience. The lack of care, accountability, and empathy is staggering. I’m devastated and deeply disappointed. Avoid Deliveroo at all costs—they will take your money and leave you with nothing but frustration and regret.

Scammers do not use Deliveroo and Iceland do not deliver groceries they keep the money and say they cannot raise a refund. I’m disabled and rely of my shopping being delivered but diveroo employ disgusting tactics to steal pensioners money whatever you do do not trust Deliveroo or Iceland

Waited 1.5 hours for rider to be assigned kept being put back I went on chat and requested refund said not possible until food delivered - well that wasn’t happening! So want on chat again luckily found a more helpful CS person got refund and a £5 credit but that’s done me - if they can’t guarantee delivery don’t charge high fees to do it!

Terrible customer service- they refund you less than 10% of your order when their are issues with it - a £13 order came cold and stale and i got a £1.60 refund which didnt even cover their service and delivery fee. They wont even give you a reason as to why they cant refund you the whole thing- disgraceful multi billion pound company

AVOID, They just commited fraud. Rider drops my whole order £42 worth and deliveroo are unable to compensate not even 1pence. Spoke to 2 advisors on the chat live to get scripted responses! Also phoned there customer service 2 advisors to get the same response. I will never ever order from deliveroo again, utter rubbish service does not even desserve 1 star. Have reported them to my bank for fraud and will post on every review channel about how awful there service is. Corrupt company, rubbish service, no empathy revolting company! Exploits there workers, takes there customer for absolute idiots, quick to take the money but wait until something goes wrong, abissmal! Customer agents work to a script and show no empathy and get you to a manic point. Reported for fraud to my bank, will be contacting trading standards! Probably the worst customer experience ever experienced, hope deliveroo goes out of business for such shameful fraudulent practises!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience with Deliveroo. The driver assigned to my order appeared unfamiliar with London and was unable to locate the delivery address. Despite my efforts to contact him, he repeatedly hung up on me. When I reached out to Deliveroo for assistance, they refused to issue a refund. As a result, I was left without my meal and out of pocket. This level of service is deeply disappointing and unacceptable.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience using Deliveroo. As a premium member who orders daily, I expect a certain level of care and professionalism in both delivery and customer support. Unfortunately, my latest order was left on the floor next to the garbage room, an unacceptable and unhygienic location, especially for food delivery. I’m on the ground floor, so it would have been easy for the driver to notify me directly, rather than placing my order in such an inappropriate spot. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered similar issues, and it’s very frustrating. To make things worse, when I reached out to customer service, I was met with indifference. They were unwilling to offer a refund or even an apology, leaving me feeling completely undervalued as a loyal customer.

Absolute cheats. Deliveroo are using illegal immigrants as riders to keep their costs low and customers are paying for it. They don't understand English, can't work an intercom and are simply not fit for the job. Deliveroo charges customers a high fee for delivery and service charges and this is what we get. These unskilled drivers are allowed leave the food anywhere due to their incompetency and incapability and the customer won't even get a refund. Just how is this ok????????? We need to pursue this until Deliveroo shuts down. UNETHICAL, GREDDY company.

Driver ate our delivery second time No update from Deliveroo just said delivered lol They still tried to take money from bank after claiming a refund my advice is to record the phone call to prove what they said otherwise you have to prove it to the bank

Deliveroo, a huge company that has absolutely no qualms stealing from disabled, elderly customer’s bank accounts. Customer Services operatives are robotic, lack integrity and empathy in dealing with customer complaints, preferring to put the blame on the customer, without any evidence and appear to have a hectoring attitude towards someone raising an issue, probably hoping this will make the customer give up pursuing a complaint.

Received wrong order. Never refunded despite being instructed by the driver to reach out to customer service. Immediately deleted the app. I hope the company goes bust. This is a blatant scam and rip off of their customers.

Shocking! Deserve zero stars.. I think every order I’ve ever had has been wrong but this one takes the biscuit …you have lost me as a customer. Cold food and half the order arrived, with dishes missing their ingredients, cold and squashed, spent the next hour on online chat trying to rectify and salvage a family meal.. got 25% refund and a very hungry and unhappy family with our celebration ruined! Wasted time escalating the claim and writing emails only to be told very politely “We've investigated the issue you have reported and reviewed the feedback you shared with us. We'll be unable to share further compensation with you for this order, and apologise for any disappointment this may cause.” You’ve left me no choice sharing feedback here and on socials to warn others. You are in brach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 states that goods ought to be: Fit for purpose .. not the case everything was cold and half the food didn’t arrive so it didn’t meet the purpose of feeding the family it was ordered for! As described not the case everything was cold and items like chips didn’t come with the dips that were paid for! Satisfactory quality .. not the case everything was unfit for consumption without risking food poisoning from reheating! Services ought to be carried out with due skill and care .. not the case as half the order was missing! So your delivery driver didn’t bring what was ordered.. lack of skill and care! DO NO USE!
