they are so inconsistent! their drivers are not trained at all when you complain you get ignored and you feel like they hire people with sub zero IQ to deal with your query.
Very frequently drivers text without buzing and just disapear with your order. by the time you complain the person on the phone makes it sound like its been a while since the driver texted you.
