Deliveroo steal money from customers.
I got an order from Waitrose through Deliveroo a few days ago. 4 items were completely missing and 2 were wrong. When I tried to get a refund for the missing items I was denied. I've since been denied 6 times and they refuse to even tell me on what basis I am being denied the refund.
This is theft and they are breaking their co tract under the common law agreement. I've contacted Trading Standards, Watch Dog and CAB regarding this and I think someone needs to investigate this a lot further.
