They delivered cold £12 pizza, they refunded £3. SHOKED
I ordered a pizza from Pizza Express in Brighton in the Lanes worth £12. It was delivered as one of many deliveries from that driver and came completely cold. After speaking with customer service they told me I could only receive 25% of the value back.
I'M SO SAD AND SO SHOCKED AND SAYING GOODBYE TO DELIVEROO PREMIUM and deliveroo as a service.
