No stars if I could
I ordered a take away to our hotel on a Saturday night as KFC have an agreement woth Deliveroo have an agreement with said hotel. When it was marked as delivered and we had no food I started trying to find out why as I was left stranded in an unfamiliar place late at night with no food and a hungry 10 year old following over four hours in the car.
Apparently the driver tried to deliver the food and waited for 10 minutes. Was unable to do so, so left the food on the doorstep and as such I'm still being charged. It's a hotel, there were always people outside smoking and I was sat like an idiot on reception for half an hour waiting for the delivery driver to show up. The hotel manager confirmed that no KFC order arrived - even though other Deliveroo drivers visited the property through the night. So I'm left paying for food that never got delivered by a company who couldn't give a monkeys.
