Paid and ordered via deliveroo, usually can be ok company compared to just eat, order came to deliver food and the stupid deliveroo driver swung his bag round and made the coffee spill all over and onto the food and when confronted, he acted liked it wasn't him! Couldn't speak English, how are these idiots allowed to work in England without speaking an ounce of English and dont know how to work professionally.. sorry but people like like that shoukd be working here and shouldn't be employed unless they're competent! This is becoming more and more like this. Never had to ask for a refund so many times in the last year because of issues like this.. sorry but if your emplying random people to work, you shouldnt be getting customers to pay before hand till the food is delivered and looked at both customer and deliver driver with photo evidence that the delivery is 100% fine! Sort it out!
