Quoted 20-30 minutes for food available instantly from a noodle bar walking in “off the street”. You walk in and from being served have your food in two minutes.
Used the app and spoke to customer support as it was well over an hour. Next to useless. Refused to cancel the order or even take off the tip if left. Uber Eats has a much better system and allows you to change the tips up to an hour after.
You’ve just lost a customer. The app is now deleted and I’ll certainly not be considering having them deliver for my business either. Shambles of a company.
