Ordered a meal for 18:45. Battled through traffic to make it at 18:42 to be told by the waiting driver that he was waiting for 10 minutes and that if I hadn't arrived at 18:45 he would have lefft the food outside and marked it complete. Was advised to wait until I got home then order, which seems to run contrary to having the option to order for a particular time, only to be told, no, your food would have been left outside and your money taken. Honestly what is the point of having the option to get your food at a particular time only for that time to be ignored? This is the second time it's happened and it will be the last.
