Drinks arrived 50 mins after placing order, was told that another deliveryman would be bringing the food (!). That took another hour, and it arrived cold, due to late collection by this other Deliveroo driver.
After oddly receiving these separate drinks, my order was immediately closed on Deliveroo as “successfully delivered on time”, so I guess they did this in order to bolster their statistics.
I won’t be using this company again.
