After waiting 2 hours and 30mins for deliveroo to deliver a takeaway which is less than an 8 minute drive then turn up with the wrong order the driver then got very argumentative and started to use threatening behaviour which then scared my Young children. I rang deliveroo to the be told that nothing would be done and have to wait 72 hours for a refund only when telling them that the call was recorded the manger then changed his attitude towards us but still no dinner and no refund
