Ordered food from an Indian restaurant and was tracking the delivery on the live mapview, which was already 30 minutes late. My address on the order reflected 100% correct.
Saw on the map view how my order was delivered to apartments several kilometers away from home, and received the notification that my delivery was completed.
Found the option on the app to complain, and started chatting to an agent. They offered to re-order free of charge, which I accepted.
New order arrived a few minutes early, but some of the sauces started leaking from the sealed and shrink wrapped containers. The order may have experienced a rough ride before reaching me.
