You are literally paying for the name and not the quality! You think when you spend hard earned money on something- it would last but it turns faulty and the response from customer service is shocking - talkin about to going to the ends of the world to prove you purchased the item (till receipt, time, date, location of purchass, paid cash / card, bank statement proof) ! I spent more on Asian dresses which are far more expensive and of better quality - no issues and if there was I am find the people look after you. Not Hugo boss!!
