“Tried to cancel a item almost immediately after realising I ordered the wrong item could not get through to an actual human with the live chat function and phone went straight to an automated message got a response after they had dispatched the item from the email address saying I couldn’t cancel but could return fine.
Email saying my parcel is being deleivered between a certain time frame, time frame comes and goes and no parcel or update for when my parcel will arrive again no response from the shocking customer service from Hugo boss absolutely disgusted as I spent a fair bit and one of the items I’ve chosen is a Christmas gift do not use”

**Awful Experience at Hugo Boss Metropolis at Metrotown**
I recently had a terrible experience at the Hugo Boss store at Metropolis at Metrotown. Not only was I accused of lying by the salesperson, who insisted I had already worn the clothes I was trying to return, but the entire staff, especially the assistant manager, Ruhani Ahuja, was shockingly rude and unprofessional.
Ruhani Ahuja, in particular, had no idea what she was talking about and was speaking out of nowhere, making baseless claims and treating me with utter disrespect. Her attitude was dismissive and condescending, making the whole situation even worse.
It’s unbelievable that a brand like Hugo Boss would have such unqualified and impolite staff representing them. I will never be returning to this store, and I strongly advise others to avoid it if you expect even the slightest bit of decent customer service.”
