I love the product but I’m very disappointed in the shipping and lack of communication. I had an item that I had ordered back in November and it was told to me through an email that I would be receiving beginning of January and then weeks later they refunded my item without even telling me why until I contacted the company. Moving forward at least an email would have worked before you refunded my item. I’m now waiting on another order that I put in over 10 business days. I feel that your shipping needs to be a little faster, 10 plus business days is unacceptable in my eyes.
